Conventional two-axis positioners, MS series
The MS series welding positioners enable precise positioning of the workpiece through tilting and table rotation. This solution facilitate handling of heavy workpieces, enhancing welding productivity, quality, and operator ergonomics.
MS series welding postioners enable:
Convenient and safe positioning of the workpiece in two axes
Stepless adjustment of rotational speed and table rotation direction
Automatic stepless adjustment of the table tilt angle
All machines are supplied as standard with motors featuring electromagnetic brakes for safe frame tilting, and rotary drives optionally available with forced cooling for dependable long-term performance.
The applied high-quality grounding connection is based on metal-graphite brushes with a high nominal current density, enabling a load capacity of 200 to 1000 A.Ceramiczne izolatory eliminują zakłócenia i zabezpieczają maszynę.
Ceramic insulators provide interference-free operation and protect the machine.
The handheld control pendant enables easy adjustment of all machine parameters. Rotation is activated via a foot switch, allowing the operator to stay fully focused on the welding process.

Expansion possibilities
An optional spindle bore in the worktable enables convenient, ergonomic welding of very long components, as well as shielding gas supply through it.
An optional tilt limiter ensures convenient and repeatable adjustment of the desired angle without the need for additional corrections.
