Turning rolls are essential for welding long cylindrical components. The gearmotors are selected to provide high torque across the entire speed range, ensuring smooth rotation without jerks or slippage, regardless of the workpiece weight.

Roller spacing is adjusted using a trapezoidal screw or set screws that move both rollers simultaneously. Gear covers provide reliable protection against dust and welding debris, while optional forced cooling systems enhance motor durability in demanding environments.
